This policy explains what information Lenape Pizza ("we", "us") collects through lenapepizza.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We're a family-owned pizzeria, and we only collect what we need to serve you.

Information we collect

• When you contact us. If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type, so we can reply to you.
• When you join our email list. If you sign up for our emails, we keep your email address (and your name if you give it) to send you news and deals.
• When you ask our menu helper. The questions you type into the menu search / mascot helper are used to answer you. Please don't type personal information there.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our server automatically records things such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the site secure and working, and to stop abuse.

Online ordering

When you tap Order Online, you leave our website and order through our ordering system provider, Adora POS. The information you give when ordering (such as name, phone, address and payment details) is collected and processed by Adora under its own privacy policy and terms. We receive the order details we need to make and deliver your food. We never see or store your full card number on this website.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and prepare your orders.
• To send you emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep our website secure and working properly.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Service providers we use

We use a few trusted companies to run our website and business. They only receive the information needed to do their job: our web hosting provider; Adora POS (online ordering); Formspree (delivers contact-form messages); Mailchimp (our email list); Google (email); and Anthropic (powers the menu helper's answers). Links to Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and other sites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages may remember small settings in your browser so the site works properly. Outside services you visit from our site (such as online ordering or social media) may use their own cookies.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
• You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us through the contact form or our email list by calling us or using our contact form.

Keeping information safe

Our website uses a secure (https) connection, and we limit who can access the information you send us. No website is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when it last changed.
